It includes advertising, selling and delivering products to people; it connects products with customers. • Packaging Engineer: develops the container that holds, protects, and/ or transports the product. This can be made from glass, metal, paper or paperboard, and plastic. • Product Development: responsible for the creation of products with new or different characteristics that offer new or additional benefits to the customer.
